Get your Holiday Shop ON!!!

Whether you’re making your own Christmas wish list or need some inspiration for the loved ones on your shopping list my Class of 2013 seniors (love you girls!!) helped me compile a phenomenal shopping list! All pictures are conveniently linked so no need to leave your comfy living room 🙂

INFINITY SCARVES – A must-have accessory that will work with everyone’s wardrobe and are so easy to wear. I’m probably the master of getting a scarf to lay just right for a photoshoot but the infinity scarves are the easiest because we don’t have to worry about the pesky fringes… they fall in your food when you’re trying to eat anyway. You need one in every color!

TEXTING GLOVES – What are you going to do…? Take off your gloves every time you want to use your smartphone?? These are so practical and so necessary.

BEADED HEADBANDS – These are a fun and easy way to dress-up a casual hairstyle, everyone needs a little extra bling 🙂

MISS ME JEANS – speaking of bling!!…. the 🙂

BOOTS – Hunter Boots to be exact. I love these because I can wear them on the farm and out to dinner or shopping – they are fun, comfy, and the fit over my fat muscular calves!

PINK CLOTHES – comfortable with out being frumpy!

CUTE LUGGAGE – every graduating senior needs to update their luggage for all of their upcoming adventures.

VITAMIX – my personal favorite! Forget the rule about not buying appliances as gifts – this is a must have for every kitchen, I have no idea what we did without ours!

LARGE BARREL CURLING IRON – for volume, big beachy waves, and for smooth straight hair

CUSTOM MONOGRAM NECKLACE – These are so thoughtful, I love that they are so custom… much more so than just a plain initial

VERA BRADLEY – yes, please!! I NEED the ‘Get Carried Away” tote, this exact color would be perfect although I’m not picky 😉

Beautiful Wisconsin Wedding

I had to share one quick shot from Elizabeth and Andrew’s wedding! You might recognize Elizabeth and Andrew from here, or here, or here, or here …. geeze!! 🙂

I was not their wedding photographer, I was able to enjoy the night as a guest! Every detail was perfectly planned, and despite being 9 months pregnant, I had a wonderful time. I couldn’t be happier for you both!

I have, by far, the best clients – so… to show my appreciation and give back…. my own little version of ‘Pay It Forward’… I need your help!

I am accepting nominations for deserving seniors (class of 2011) from now through May 30, 2010. Do you have a friend, sister, or daughter who has overcome some huge hurdle, or achieved something outstanding, or is just an amazing human for so many little reasons??? – Or, do you have a lot of deserving friends – nominate all of them!! Include: their name and high school, an enticing story so I pick them, your name and relationship to this incredible person, and the best way to get a hold of you if you WIN! The most deserving senior will win an entire senior session photo shoot and over $200 in prints!

Don’t procrastinate – this is much more fun than filling out your college apps, scholarships, or studying for your final exams!! May 30th is your deadline! All nominations should be submitted via email to
